Ganley Service Team took good care of my 2012 Outback! Craig worked with the service team to get my Outback road tested for an annoying rattle and got the repairs done and car back the same day. Craig called to explain the repairs needed and patiently answered all my questions. The dealership offered a complimentary car to use for the day while the repairs were being done. Overall, the appointment went well and the annoying rattle is gone! The cashier was courteous and efficiently processed a Costco discount that applied to the total repair bill. The loaner car was a Forester and was clean and fun to drive. In fact it prompted me to ask Paul of the sales staff about possible trade-in of my 2012 Outback! More

Winter tire change to summer tires. I brought my vehicle in for tires. I had my summer ones installed and the winter ones removed. While there they changed the air filters for the clima I brought my vehicle in for tires. I had my summer ones installed and the winter ones removed. While there they changed the air filters for the climate control system and did a wheel alignment. I did store the tires at Ganley and also be prepared this takes about three hours for this service. More
