I'm specifically writing a review about Joe Vitale, who is the most professional Service Advisor I've ever worked with. He builds trust with his customers through excellent communication, listening, and al is the most professional Service Advisor I've ever worked with. I always feel better when I leave after interacting with him, even if it's an expensive repair. Sales: When I purchased my Ascent 2 years ago, the sales process was very quick and smooth. I saw it online that morning, reached out, and quickly got a call back to set up an appointment to test drive. I w process was very quick and smooth. I was able to complete my test drive, financing, and down payment all on my lunch break, so that process was not long at all. Since I had to go back to work, they got everything together so my car ready for me to pick up after I was done with work. Very efficient process. They also scheduled an appointment with me and my husband 2 weeks after the purchase to my vehicle features and answer any questions that may have come up since the purchase. Service: Everyone in general is pretty friendly, but Jason is my service manager and is always a pleasure to work with. He takes care of my needs and there is always good conversation. If he's ever had a bad day, I haven't seen it as he always has a smile on his face. More

I arrived at the dealership after having my battery jumped two mornings in a row! My leased car is only 10 months old with under 6000 miles.
