ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT! !!! I can’t imagine taking my car elsewhere! Service, kindness, efficiency and skill are all top priorities. We have bought three Subarus from Ganle !!! I can’t imagine taking my car elsewhere! Service, kindness, efficiency and skill are all top priorities. We have bought three Subarus from Ganley East and due to the service department (especially Giovanni), I’m sure we will buy our next Subaru from Ganley East too! To all concerned: Yesterday, an extremely cold and snowy day, we happened to be in the neighborhood of Wickliffe Subaru, and decided perhaps they could take us for servicing. And, yes, we were serviced wit day, we happened to be in the neighborhood of Wickliffe Subaru, and decided perhaps they could take us for servicing. And, yes, we were serviced within an hour or so by the technicians. Brandon was our contact, and he gave us the report, and also a bonus $50 discount. Our "wait time" was around an hour, on a busy afternoon. We received an excellent report on all aspects of our 2020 Outback Subaru and felt very relieved.
