One of the worst places you can buy from. I went in there with cash to buy a Jeep Renegade straight out.. I test drove it and loved it and started doing paperwork.. Next thing you know thae m I went in there with cash to buy a Jeep Renegade straight out.. I test drove it and loved it and started doing paperwork.. Next thing you know thae manager came over and told me he couldn't sell me it because there was another guy who already wanted it... The person who wanted it showed up after me... I was first, I was first come first serve... Here to find out this other person who wanted it knows the owner... So I guess customers come last, Ken Ganley??? So don't test drive anything unless you know it's available... I want to Classic Chevrolet in Mentor and bought a newer Jeep Renegade for even cheaper, with cash and my trade in... And by the way Classic Chevrolet gave me 2,500 down on my 2016 Ford Fusion with a blown transmission.. Subaru of Wickliffe is poor managed no joke....Ken Ganley Subaru of Wickliffe will eventually go downhill and close, that's how trashy it is... This place I will never buy from ever! And I've learned my lesson.... So the moral of my story is friends come first before customers at Ken Ganley... More

My salesman, Matthew Ferdig, was wonderful. He was very polite and patient. The only reason I did not give 5 stars to the dealer is the car was said to be in “Like New Condition”. The exterior He was very polite and patient. The only reason I did not give 5 stars to the dealer is the car was said to be in “Like New Condition”. The exterior however had quite a few deep scratches that was not displayed in any of the photos online. The car only had 6,500 miles so it was rather unusual. The sales manager was not very willing to work something out about the scratches. He was only willing to move $250 off of the $32,000 total price. Besides that it was a good car buying experience.
