A number of salespeople circled around my like vultures all pushing me to buy immediately even though I told them I was not ready yet. Robert Swyt Jr. was patient and helpful and did not push unduly. He contacted me in late June and I found a vehicle in my price range at his dealership. He made the sale because he was informative, helpful and patient. I don't care for pushy salespeople that try to force me into something I'm not ready for. I would go to his dealership again. All of the staff there were friendly and helpful. More

Once we returned from lunch he was ready with the new paperwork. We wanted a hard to find color, but he said we should have it within the end of the month. Quick, caring and honest service My service representative, Brad Lunar, helped me find the car I wanted quickly. Our family of four employed adults was down to a single vehicle, but My service representative, Brad Lunar, helped me find the car I wanted quickly. Our family of four employed adults was down to a single vehicle, but the team at Ganley did not take that to mean that they should give me whatever car they had on site and leave me to suffer with the consequences. Even though, I had never purchased a car from them, they gave me a loaner while they searched and found the car in the color and with the options that I wanted. It took only two days and in that time I was constantly hounding Brad with more questions about the loaner and Subaru in general. The transaction included no pressure to buy extra stuff...just information about what was available. I got what I wanted and was on my way. One day later, I drove my car from Cleveland to Chicago for a long weekend. Brad called during the trip for a 48 hour check-in to make sure I was satisfied and answer my questions. This has been an excellent experience. More
