Must Read - The Best Experience I've Ever Had I know this is long, but please take the time to read the entire post. I want everyone to know my situation and how incredible this dealership and all I know this is long, but please take the time to read the entire post. I want everyone to know my situation and how incredible this dealership and all of its employees are. A little background: I was a very young female when I purchased my first vehicle from a DIFFERENT Subaru dealership. It was the most awful, nerve-wracking and terrible experience I've ever had, yet alone for my first vehicle. The vehicle was certified pre-owned but I was never given the carfax or disclosed of a major accident resulting in a $9,000 repair. I was never signed nor was given the Buyer's guide. Worst of all, the car salesman sneakily stole $500 cash out of my cash downpayment. The dealership violated multiple state laws and a federal law. The general manager was flakey and went back and forth and was extremely difficult and unpleasant to work with. When I finally worked my way up to the top manager, they agreed to buy my vehicle back in full. Enter Subaru East to the mix - I reached out to Paul Ruksenas from the very beginning to inquire about a new car. Paul was very helpful and understanding, and once he learned about the situation, he gave me his own cell phone number and supported and guided me for over a month through every unfortunate turn with personal advice, the kind he'd give to a family member, not just someone buying a car so he can get commission. Paul was the kindest, empathetic, honest, and trustworthy person I have EVER dealt with for any company, not even just a call dealership. He was patient with my questions and inexperience and cynicism throughout this entire ordeal. He genuinely felt for my situation and how I was taken advantage of and I could not have done with without him. Because of work and medical issues and doctor's appointments, it was extremely inconvenient to be without a vehicle one the other dealership was working on paying it off. Paul sincerely went above and beyond to see what he could do about getting me into a loaner and even working with his general manager, Michael Arnoff, to figure another easier way around this. They took every step and precaution to look out for me and figure out the best way around this situation. Once all was settled, I texted Paul to let him know it was time. Since I was without a car, Paul personally picked me up in his own vehicle at my apartment and brought me to the dealership without batting an eye. He made me feel welcome and comfortable and I knew I was in safe hands. GM Michael Arnoff came over and personally apologized, on behalf of the Subaru corporation, for the awful experience I had. This was a sincere, heartfelt apology that reassured me he was here to help, not just make some money. The bank initially denied my loan. GM Michael Arnoff went above and beyond and negotiated and worked with the bank for 45 minutes to overturn and appeal their decision. Her had no obligation to do this whatsoever, but he did and he got me approved for a loan and both Paul and Michael got me in a brand new 2018 Subaru Impreza loaded with features like Eyesight Technology and Starlink with a price right where I needed it. When it came to signing the paperwork, Marc Ackroyd was patient, thorough, and not pushy. He explained every document to me and what I was signing, showed my down payment and every aspect since I had such a horrible experience prior. He didn't push any extras or warranties. I left his office feeling confident, well advised, and satisfied. Within two hours, this dealership rectified months of a horrible experience that wasn't even theirs just out of the kindness of their hearts and their moral and values of Subaru. Every single person who helped me went above and beyond any expectations I could ever set and I am eternally grateful. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle - If you're young, or female, or have bad credit, or whatever. Subaru East will take care of you in a personable way that is truly unforgettable. I am honestly at a loss for words for how wonderful they have been and how kindly and patiently I was treated. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. More

Brad Lunar was awesome I worked with Brad Lunar to get a new subaru outback. He was incredible. Kind, patient and low-pressure. Avalon was able to find cars that fit my needs and was able to coordinate times to come in that fit my schedule. Paul was great to work with in sales. He understood my needs, answered my questions and worked with me on getting the financials in order. I ended up with the perfect car and lots of options that were an unexpected bonus! The staff continues to impress me with Danielle following up to ensure I understand my car and all the features included. I fully recommend this dealership and I’m glad I drove the extra mile because they delivered exceptional service! I love my new Outback and so does my family! More

They solved my problem in one afternoon! I went to the dealership to see if the new Foresters had changed their dashboard lighting. The new dashboard are going to be coming out later. I was looking to find a lease vehicle where I can see the speedometer any time I was in the car. I also needed more cargo space and a sun roof. They suggested that I might test drive the new Outback. This style has the new dashboard lighting. I could see the digital number and not have to guess. There is more cargo space and a moon roof. My dogs need the moon roof to be open when I have to make a rest stop. this allows the hot air to exit the car. The Outback also has a tilted sunroof feature, so you can open it, should it be raining outside and rain won't come inside. This is a nice feature I had missed. The sales manager worked out payments to that the resulting balance at the end of the lease is affordable to me, so I can keep the car if I want to. All, in all, I feel really happy that I went to Ganley Subaru East. They took the time to make sure I was happy. I also found out that one of my former students works there! That is always a plus for a retired teacher. All in all, it was a great day. More
