He was condescending and extremely pushy, getting very argumentative when asked to explain added fees and high prices. Would not even take "we"ll think about it" as an answer depsite us continually saying we weren't making a deal that night as we needed to think about our $30000+ purchase/lease, not to mention it was already past 7 and had wasted a lot of time (there for over 2 hours) while they fussed with trade-in numbers when we never needed to know or trade it in that day.
