Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Received GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I've received better and more timely customer service on a $50 shirt than I have with their $20,000 vehicle. Emails take DAYS to respond (if they respond at all), if you're having a problem with your vehicle, like I am currently, they'll ignore you to the point that you have to look into terminating your lease/contract on your own because that seems like a better option than dealing with this dealership for the remainder of it. I cannot emphasize enough the disappointment I have in this brand and this company. More

Great service at the Service Dept. I had to get a new compressor for the air conditioning in my Forester. Joe Emanuele in the service department at Ganley's Subaru was so helpful. They were very, very busy, particularly with air conditioning problems on these hot summer days, but he immediately recommended that I receive a complimentary loaner car and leave my car overnight. He called with the diagnosis the same late afternoon and had it ready by 10am the next morning. The service was excellent, and the problem resolved. Thank you! More

Never again! I took my Subaru in for service and a nail was found in my tire during the inspection. I was told by service that my tire could not be repaired. The n I took my Subaru in for service and a nail was found in my tire during the inspection. I was told by service that my tire could not be repaired. The nail was about an inch and 1/2 in from the sidewall, I was told that it was too close to the sidewall to be fixed and that I would need to buy a new tire for $250. After speaking with the tech who worked on my vehicle who gave me a major attitude I told them that I would take my vehicle elsewhere. I took my Subaru to a tire shop who informed me that the nail did not puncture my tire, they simply pulled it out in seconds and did not charge me a dime for it. As you could imagine I was furious and I will never return to Subaru of Bedford Ohio again. More
Never Again This place lost my business after being treated like an idiot by one guy in service. After telling this place about issues I was having with my car, they brushed off every issue with the most idiotic reasons that only a person without a head would believe! After a call to the manager Mike, I was told he'll look into what I told him about my service and my treatment, and that I would get a call back. No call obviously. This whole experience was expressed in my email to Subaru of America. Few weeks later the cars been traded and I bought from Ganley Subaru East over in Wickliffe, couldn't have been happier with my new dealer and car! More
