My 2023 Forester developed a engine oil leak. I took it here. They found the passenger side valve cover was leaking oil. It took a couple of days to fix it because the gasket they got from anoth I took it here. They found the passenger side valve cover was leaking oil. It took a couple of days to fix it because the gasket they got from another dealer was the wrong one. They cleaned the bottom of the car while waiting for the correct gasket. Next day, the installed it. So far, it is working fine. However, I checked the oil and found they did not bother to top off the oil level. I think they should have as the car had lost quite a bit of oil. I did it myself. That is why I am giving them a 4 star rating instead of 5. I will use them again. More

I had a terrible experience with the Subaru service department. Their department did not communicate with me, didn't ask for consent before doing work on my vehicle and was unable to provide me any inf department. I requested it several times and after the Manager refunded the costs--they never got back to me. Once you go here once they will contact you forever. It's been over 2 years and I've asked them to stop contacting me via email/phone at least ten times. As I write this, I'm on the phone trying to talk to someone from their dealership to remove me from their contact lists. I've called at least 4 times for them to do this. Spoke to the manager who said my email was still active in their system but has been removed. I'll follow up next time I'm contacted. This is from over a year ago but I still remember that Constantine was the service associate and he was absolutely terrible at his job. More
I’m so frustrated with this dealership that I wish I could give them a zero-star rating! I’ve been a loyal customer, visiting their services multiple times to complain about a persistent clicking noise could give them a zero-star rating! I’ve been a loyal customer, visiting their services multiple times to complain about a persistent clicking noise coming from the front left tire. Despite my repeated complaints, they consistently denied that the technician could hear any noise until my warranty expired, and the clicking noise only worsened. I even went so far as to ask one of the technicians to take me for a ride so I could show him the source of the noise, but they kept avoiding fixing my car even though I had a valid warranty. It was as if they were intentionally disregarding my car to avoid paying for the repairs. Today, I visited the dealership again to speak to a manager, but instead of addressing the issue at hand, he kept talking about the right side axle instead of the left side, where the clicking noise is actually coming from. He even tried to shift blame onto me by playing all sorts of sneaky sales tactics to avoid taking responsibility for their mistake. His unprofessional behavior and the dealership’s overall disappointment make this experience a complete waste of time. I strongly advise against buying anything from this “Stubaru” dealership! More
Dealership wrecked my vehicle while in for service. I received no contact for 10 days and that was only after Subaru of America got involved. The operations Manager then lied to SOA telling them he has I received no contact for 10 days and that was only after Subaru of America got involved. The operations Manager then lied to SOA telling them he has left me 4 voicemail's when he had already apologized to me that I got lost in between him and the service advisor each thinking the other was contacting me. The GM tried to downplay it as a scuff even through his own Operations Manager called it a wreck. By far the worst Customer experience I have ever had with any business. More
