Alana Snyder, the Business Manager, also showed incredible patience and understanding in explaining the various options for the additional coverage on this new car as well as our current Outback. Thank you to her, too. We appreciated Jim Coss’s excellent help in service. He took care of servicing our other Outback while we shopped for a second one and communicated with us about the whole process while providing sound advice. Awful experience with Ganley Subaru Bedford. We purchased a new 2023 Subaru Impreza and it broke down, while we were on vacation. We had to be towed 100+ miles to a dealership, spend money on We purchased a new 2023 Subaru Impreza and it broke down, while we were on vacation. We had to be towed 100+ miles to a dealership, spend money on hotel room and lost vacation time. The car had 1700 miles on it and needed a new transmission, because the transmission plug just "fell out". We were told, by the service personnel that replaced the transmission, that this should have been inspected as part of pre-delivery inspection at the dealership. We asked to meet privately with the GM and Service Manager of the dealership and they would not meet privately with us. And the GM was 10+ minutes late for the scheduled meeting. In the end, they "shoved" us off to Subaru America, where we still have an outstanding issue. Would never recommend this dealership! More

Incredibly awful experience with Ganley Subaru of Bedford dealership, their sales manager’s and Subaru’s support following the purchase of a 2020 Subaru Ascent. We purchased the car with around 25,000 miles dealership, their sales manager’s and Subaru’s support following the purchase of a 2020 Subaru Ascent. We purchased the car with around 25,000 miles on it and within the first year, the car broke down on a family trip and would not start. First, the car was fixed with a defective part, then the appropriate part almost a month later (the car did not consistently start for a month). Five months later, the car broke down on another trip and required an entirely new transmission. Due to an open recall on the vehicle, the dealership would not buy the car back until I reached management, but they offered approximately $10,000 less than market value. The dealership handled the issues like it was never their problem and recommended we sell to Carmax. We felt extremely unsafe traveling with two babies in this car. This is an awful representation of the Subaru Brand and we will never purchase a Subaru again! More
