As a matter of fact, it was by far the best car buying experience ever. Mike was very patient, answered every question, let me explore every aspect of the vehicles I was interested in (which was a very intensive, humorous experience), and when I finally decided on the 2015 Crosstrek he even programmed my garage remote and cell phone to the blue tooth system in the car (and that took him maybe 5 min tops). I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a Subaru. Very knowledgeable & professional, but friendly & fun too! I truly felt like I had made a new a friend by the time all was said and done. More
