Mike made sure that it was the car I wanted (after securing it for us via a phone call) and took a lot of time and care to make sure I knew about the various amenities included. He is high energy, personable and very knowledgeable, which made the experience of buying my new car (first time ever) even more exciting and enjoyable. I expect my new Outback to last for a long time, but if I ever need a new car, or know someone else who does, Mike will be the first recommendation I give. I will add, the environment (culture) at the Bedford Subaru dealership was superb in general. The entire staff demonstrated professionalism and friendliness throughout. Mike Bryson is awesome! I went to Subaru based on it's excellent reputation. I sought out Mike because my brother had dealt with for yrs and recommended him. As a matter of fact, it was by far the best car buying experience ever. Mike was very patient, answered every question, let me explore every aspect of the vehicles I was interested in (which was a very intensive, humorous experience), and when I finally decided on the 2015 Crosstrek he even programmed my garage remote and cell phone to the blue tooth system in the car (and that took him maybe 5 min tops). I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a Subaru. Very knowledgeable & professional, but friendly & fun too! I truly felt like I had made a new a friend by the time all was said and done. More
