While the service was excellent, I was quite concerned by the fact the service workers in the garage were not required to wear masks at all. I was told that the rules indicated while they were working on/und the fact the service workers in the garage were not required to wear masks at all. I was told that the rules indicated while they were working on/under cars, masks weren't required, but of the 6 workers I saw, none had masks on at all as they stood within 2 feet of each other. Fortunately, all customer facing staff are required to wear masks and they did, but knowing what was happening in the shop remains disturbing. More
Sat for 2 hours while my battery was being checked and supposedly being charged. As it turns out, the battery was only being charged for the last 35 minutes of the 2 hours. I was told that the battery was initially to cold to charge and also that the machine wasn't working. I am not sure if either of these reasons were realistic. I was frustrated for having to wait so long when only 35 minutes was the time that the battery was charged. More
