I'm telling all my friends and family about Ganley!! My boyfriend and I had a very difficult time locating a safe, reliable used car due to our credit rating. We had been to several other major car deale My boyfriend and I had a very difficult time locating a safe, reliable used car due to our credit rating. We had been to several other major car dealerships in Cleveland and the surrounding area and had horrible experiences. One saw our credit, sent us home with a promise of a callback the next day, that never came. The next offered us a 2006 Taurus that we didn't want. The 3rd talked us into getting a 2005 PT Cruiser that we really had no desire for, but at that point we thought that with our credit, we would have no other options. We put a partial payment down and we went a couple days not hearing anything from them. Finally, I get a call back and they tell us that the car was in such poor condition that they wouldn't feel right selling it to us. So we had to start all over. I filled out Ganley's credit app, as a last ditch effort at getting a good used car from a reputable dealership, before having to go to one of the Buy Here- Pay Here lots. Neil called us in and put us in the hands of Rocco Derenzis. It was all a go from there. The process was painless. Rocco reassured us from the beginning that he could help and that we would be able to get something better than what the others had offered us. While he did all the work we relaxed with our 6 year old drinking soft drinks and eating candy and chips (provided by Rocco). When he drove the car up to the front for us to test drive it, I thought he was joking. It was a beautiful 2008 Suzuki XL-7, with reasonably low mileage and in great condition. We were in love at first sight. Overall, the customer service provided by Rocco and Ganley, as a whole, far surpassed anything we expected and I wish we would have started there...we'd have saved ourselves a whole lot of time and and anxiety. Thank you so much Ganley for working with us and starting us on the path to credit redemption!!! More

So disappointed in this ganley dealership. More

Customer Service at its Best! I needed to replace my car immediately, so I took a chance and walked into the dealership. I was immediately greeted by Dale Mencke. He was so friendly & courteous, and a really down to earth kinda guy that I forgot this was a sales transaction!! He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to make sure I knew everything about the cars I was looking at. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better person to sell me a car. And the great part, I was in & out the dealership with my new car in a matter of 3 hours!! That is AWESOME!!!! More
