Excellent Dealership I brought my Accent in for service, and while the work was being performed, I spoke with Rocco about trading in the Accent. He was extremely helpful, I brought my Accent in for service, and while the work was being performed, I spoke with Rocco about trading in the Accent. He was extremely helpful, very friendly, and made me feel comfortable about what I was doing. Even though I was nervous about the situation, he didn't pressure me to do anything, but gave me different options, explained the process in detail, and he went above and beyond what I would have expected from a sales person. The next day he followed-up with me to make sure everything was okay. He made sure I had his number and reminded me to call if I had any problems, concerns, or questions. I was very happy with my decision and glad I had the opportunity to meet and be helped by Rocco. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Hyundai I like their cars, Staff need improvement The staff needs to be friendlier and not so indifferent and cold. Also when I came for car wash nobody answered when I beeped the horn, I went to the service desk and a person informed another staff person the car was was down with no indication when it would be back up.
