He greeted me with the biggest smile which was everything thing to me because it let me know he cared about me personally and truly wanted my business. We sat down at his desk, I told him It was my first car purchase and I was nervous. We started talking about cars, and life in general and he made me feel at ease. While we were chatting, he started crunching numbers and 20 minutes later I was approved for my 2015 Hyundai Accent, which I love. It's gray, Tom went out of his way to make sure all my paperwork for the approval went smoothly and I appreciate it, and I will never forget him, because he finally made me a proud car owner. More

Helpful, no pressure sales. I was in the market for a reliable vehicle. My husband and I initially went to this dealer because it was close to our house. We browsed the used car selection and chatted with one of the salesmen. We explained our budget and what we were looking for. He showed us a few cars that fit both. We left and went to a few other dealers in the area to check out a few more cars. I kept thinking about one of the cars we had been shown, so I went back a few days later to go for a test drive. Garrett was extremely helpful when I went back- showing me the vehicles I was interested in and making another suggestion or two, meanwhile staying in my budget. He didn't pressure me into going over my budget, didn't pressure me into a car I wasn't in love with, and didn't pressure me to decide quickly.
