Happy with Purchase but Unhappy with Experience I felt very pressured to purchase a car with features that I stated I did not want (multiple times). I was only shown one vehicle before finally getting a suggestion from a different employee (which is the car that I ended up purchasing). Richard had a survey printed out with answers highlighted on what I should say - which was completely inappropriate. He also discussed his commission and financial incentives which was also extremely unprofessional. My mother gifted the down payment to me as a moving away present and he started pressuring her after she specifically said not to contact her (she just bought a new car 2 years ago). I am extremely happy with my car but will not recommend this dealership due to the unprofessionalism of the sales person I dealt with. It is a shame because this was supposed to be a positive experience. More
