After an extremely long wait to get my car in, the service department somehow no longer had my appointment on the books. I waited another few weeks. Then moments before they were supposed to arrive I service department somehow no longer had my appointment on the books. I waited another few weeks. Then moments before they were supposed to arrive I was told that they needed to reschedule because of some confusion. I bought a Genesis for the concierge service. I never get a Genesis to drive when service is being done. It’s very difficult getting appointments for service and sometimes I have to take the car in myself. I will not buy another car from this dealership because of their service department! More
The service representative was outstanding in his handling of my service visit. I live near another Hyundai dealer in my hometown , but these guys make all the difference of why I drive 30 minutes out to buy from them. Best customer service ,best trade values, best prices and all from people you'd be happy to call family. What more can I say Love these people. Since 2015 and 8 yrs later.. Hands down the best! The Sales team of course is pretty awesome. The maintenance team is where I have my biggest issues. I'm just going to talk about my last go around. My car was victim of a theft and had to be towed to this location. Long story told it took about a week for the insurance company and hyundai to communicate and get prices settled. Hyundai didn't order the parts until this was settled so my car was just sitting there with nothing happening to it for a week. Not their fault. So they then ordered the parts and told me it'll be a couple of weeks. Ok, cool right? It ended up being over a month! Not only that lol, but when I got the car there is still glass in the car! Oh yeah, the window being replaced is dirty! Like xxx! There's even glass in the front seat somehow when the back rear window was smashed out. It just seems like the work was lazily done as quick as possible. They were paid to do a job. They did it but in the absolute worst of way. There's no way I'm ever purchasing another Hyundai. Love the car but the team is.... Needs work. Extremely disappointing for the amount of time I had to wait for the car. More
