The service was performed, scheduling was easy. My only complaint is that showroom and the waiting area were very cold, and the muzak was very loud. The bathroom was very clean. I made an appointment because the clearcoat on my car was starting to peel. The girl told me I still had a warranty so I made it for a month in advance. When I get there, they tell me it’ll take about an hou starting to peel. The girl told me I still had a warranty so I made it for a month in advance. When I get there, they tell me it’ll take about an hour and a half. 20 minutes later, they tell me my warranty is no longer active, so I basically came out for no reason. The service manager John was very unprofessional and very rude to me. I did not recommend this place at all. More
