My 2025 Tuscans wipers were criss crossing over eachother and I thought it was bent so i took it in because when I bought it they said it was covered bumper to bumper. Manager said it wasn't and it would be and I thought it was bent so i took it in because when I bought it they said it was covered bumper to bumper. Manager said it wasn't and it would be $300. My husband called and he didn't like what he was saying so he hung up on him saying it was a bad connection. Wouldn't really let me talk and when I did he interrupted me saying "back to my toughts". He told me it's likely to happen and not to use the wipers if there is ice or snow. I live in NE ohio. That's all the weather we have in winter so when I said so you're saying to just not use them in winter and then and he quickly said that's not what I'm saying...but it absolutely was what he was saying. I left because he was being condescending and rude to me. Didn't use my wipers the whole extremely snowy ride home but when I got into my driveway, i looked and the wipers and they didnt look crosssed anymore so i turned them on and they were working perfectly. Obviously it was something super easy that one of the mechanics adjusted but thought they would get $300 out of me. We called Hyundai and a bent arm on my car with 1000 miles was absolutely covered but I really think he just wanted to get that money out of me. Im disappointed in the manager and how it represents your company! He 100% lied to me, tried to essentially steal $300, hung up on my husband, treated me like someone who isn't a returning costumer on her 5th Hyundai and was ok with that. Even told my husband no one made him buy this car. More
