I had a great experience at Ken Ganley, the sales manager and my salesman Calvin both walked over to meet us as soon as we walked in the door for my appointment to look at a 2017 Nissan Murano. When I returned to finalize my purchase the same sales manager recognized me when I walked in the door. I never felt pressured into buying the car or “extras”, they didn’t balk when I said I was financing via my credit union and why I refused to go through a dealership. Calvin was an excellent salesman, he knew information about the car, he didn’t try to sell me a car I didn’t want, he didn’t try to push me into a car out of my budget and most importantly he was honest up front, if he didn’t know the answer or was unsure he said so. I go here anytime I need maintenance done. Like today, I had a sensor light pop up on my dashboard for a few weeks now. It said “Tire Maintenance”. I knew it wasn’t my tire pressure. So I call Like today, I had a sensor light pop up on my dashboard for a few weeks now. It said “Tire Maintenance”. I knew it wasn’t my tire pressure. So I called them and they said if I haven’t got a tire rotation done yet, that’s most likely what it is. And it sure was! All the sensors are gone now. And they topped off every fluid and checked the tires. I had a broken busted wiper blade and had asked them how much there wiper blades were , they gave me my options, or I could have just went to Autozone for wipers.. I paid $40 for a pair. Brand new! And they are so nice! I kept telling my boyfriend as we were leaving , it feels like a new car! I also live 30 mins away. This is the dealership I got all 3 of my Nissans from. Won’t go anywhere else!! They are always so helpful and show you your options. They aren’t sneaky like other places . Love them ! More
