I had a great experience at Ken Ganley, the sales manager and my salesman Calvin both walked over to meet us as soon as we walked in the door for my appointment to look at a 2017 Nissan Murano. When I returned to finalize my purchase the same sales manager recognized me when I walked in the door. I never felt pressured into buying the car or “extras”, they didn’t balk when I said I was financing via my credit union and why I refused to go through a dealership. Calvin was an excellent salesman, he knew information about the car, he didn’t try to sell me a car I didn’t want, he didn’t try to push me into a car out of my budget and most importantly he was honest up front, if he didn’t know the answer or was unsure he said so.
