Service department After I had send original complain, service department called me and offered to fix tire by the end of the day with lesser charge . Work was done in about 1 hour from the call as promised Thank you Original : Hello , I lease a Nissan leaf for the company as a delivery vehicle and need to use it every day . So in 06/18/2019 I had called the service department when front tire of the car popped up . I had called 3 times to the service department on 06/18/2019 asking for tire replacement for the Leaf that is leased / purchased from Ganley Nissan in Mayfield HTS . All three times was given different from $190-$200 and promises to call back by 1:00PM . Did not received call back , so had to call again and was Was told to bring the rim for the tire in for repairs with a price of the complete service of $206.00. I had dropped tire rim on 06/18/2019 at 5:50PM and was told that it will be ready next day and will call to pick it up , when work is completed . I received a call today 06/19/2019 at 3:45PM from a different tech , telling me that tire that my care needs is not in stock, that it could be ordered to arrive tomorrow 6/20/2019 and price is $226.00 What kind of service is this ? Caution Deceptive Trade Practices Shortly after purchasing a used 2014 altima from another dealer, the car began to have ignition problems (not Ganley’s fault, although the car was ori Shortly after purchasing a used 2014 altima from another dealer, the car began to have ignition problems (not Ganley’s fault, although the car was originally from that location). However, after bringing the vehicle into Ganley Nissan Mayfield to diagnose, I was told by Service Manager Leo Beer, Jr. and his mechanic, that it was caused by “bad gas” and my manufacturer’s warranty was now void. On the receipt the mechanic indicated he “removed and wiped the spark plugs.” After following all their recommendations, as I relied on their diagnosis, my car failed to start again while I was out of town. My only option was to due a spark plug change on the fly. While removing my plugs I noticed they were COVERED in oil. This was only a few days after the “bad gas” diagnosis. There is NO WAY a trained mechanic could EVER mistake oil on the spark plugs for “bad gas.” Outraged, I returned to Ganley Nissan Mayfield and confronted Mr. Beer with the oil covered spark plugs AND his mechanic’s statement that he had wiped the plugs. Mr. Beer took the oil covered plugs from me, smelled them, and said, “smells like bad gas to me.” I have never been so offended. I then immediately brought my car to Bedford Nissan for a diagnosis. They diagnosed a cracked block and warranty replaced the entire engine. Bedford Nissan was equally outraged and provided great service and I highly recommend them. Later, I returned to Ganley Nissan Mayfield and requested from Mr. Beer a refund for my “misdiagnosis.” He refused to refund my money following a personal visit AND an email. Eventually, I contacted the Attorney General and was promptly refunded my money. More

I opted to wait for my vehicle to be finished. I had some great conversations with Brian and Alyssa .. both are amazing people and rock at their jobs !. Before I knew it my car was done and ready to go . I was shocked it was done so fast . Thankful for Mayfield nissan ! They make everything to-do with buying or leasing a car so stress free and easy. I will recommend to anyone who is considering a new car. Mayfield nissan is the place to go . More
Major repairs with only 40k miles Unreliable Nissan Murano at only 40k miles. I was left stranded because car wouldn't start. Took it into dealer and they replaced alternator. However, I got stranded again because they didn't fix the problem. Took in to get it fixed again and claim, even though they didn't fix the problem, the alternator still needed to be replaced. Total costs over $1,600 dollars. The final problem was a faulty door latch draining the battery. They advertise that they have a master mechanic with 20 years experience and they'll fix the problem the first time, however they didn't honor their marketing claim. I had to bring it in twice and pay for a new alternator that didn't need to be replaced. More
