I had a great experience with Ganley Nissan when I recently leased a 2012 Nissan Rouge. I hate shopping for cars, and have always found it to be a pretty stressful experience. Frank and Jerry were great to work with and made the process smooth and pressure free. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and seemed genuinely happy that I was leaving in a new car! I discovered a minor issue with the car once I was home, and emailed Jerry & Frank to share my concerns! Jerry responded quickly and asked me to bring the car back the next day. With a quick trip to the dealership (which I needed to make anyway to drop up a set of keys), the problem was solved and I was back on the road in about an hour - which was a shocking and pleasant surprise. Much easier than I had anticipated!! I was impressed with everyone I interacted with at the dealership from sales to service and would highly recommend Ganley Nissan to friends and family. I went to this dealer because of an ad in the Sunday Plain Dealer. I also brought the ad with me. I was bringing my daughter to buy her first new car. Clark and Jerry presented the car exactly as the ad read. There was no bait and switch, small print, or haggling of any sort. In fact they even presented a "lesser than" car for us to consider. They gave my daughter and I privacy while we discussed the deal. The next day when we picked up the car everyone in the showroom was excited for her. They introduced us to service, customer relations, sales mgr., and took all the time she needed. I think the staff was more excited for her than I was. I never thought of a Nissan before, but after the dealer experience, the service package offered, and the product itself, I would definitely buy another. I will go back to this dealership again.
