Great Service I took my 2019 Nissan Murano to Ganley's following a visit to 2 other Ohio Nissan Dealerships that could not fix the issue with the vehicle. My servi I took my 2019 Nissan Murano to Ganley's following a visit to 2 other Ohio Nissan Dealerships that could not fix the issue with the vehicle. My service advisor Korey Kainec took ownership of the problem, worked with Nissan Corporate Lease staff to correct the issue with vehicle. Even though the repair process took another trip to the dealership (no fault of the dealership), I was impressed with Korey's friendliness ,customer service focus and professionalism. Ganley's is lucky to have him as an employee. More

Professional and Fair. Jennifer met us the moment we walked into the dealership. She is very pleasant and conversational, but straightforward as well. She immediately worked with us to identify our needs and budget but was not pushy at all. I am always so wary of used car salespeople so I had done my homework prior to our arrival. We left with exact vehicle that we envisioned and it was very competitively priced. In other words, she beat every other dealer that had vehicles with similar specifications within the 75 mile radius I had researched. We then met with Holly Vansil, the Finance Director. Again, very pleasant and engaging but straightforward as well. She took great care of us on financing and made it a perfect end to a perfect shopping experience. I have never been able to say while buying a car before! Thanks Ganley. Your people make the difference. More
I was initially very happy with my transaction at Ganley Nissan however it has been over two months and I’m still waiting for my salesman to follow up with me on an accessory for my car.
