The parts had core charges on them - meaning Lincoln/Ford charges us to make sure they receive their parts back. So we have to charge for their core parts. If they don't have cores we would not charge you. You can call John Polt, Service Manager at 440-845-6000. He will be happy to answer any other questions you may have about core parts.

Steven, the light was not part of the loss on your vehicle. Your insurance company does not pay for diagnosis and installation of parts that are not part of the loss from an accident. We installed the aftermarket light as a courtesy to you. The headlight needs to be diagnosed to find the issue, but that was not covered under your insurance claim. You declined the headlight diagnosis. We have been in touch with the insurance company and assured all authorized repairs were completed correctly. We were prepared to clean your car. However, you instructed our team not to clean your car because you needed it ASAP and would take care of it yourself. We offered for you to come in at another time, convenient to you, to diagnosis your light issue and to clean your car. That offer still stands.
