Jim has also gone out of his way on many previous occasions to make the whole process quick and efficient. Together Frankie and Jim have been my go to people when buying and leasing new Lincolns. Overall I’m very satisfied with my vehicle but can’t help but feel like things could have been more clear. Also I was under the impression I’d be paying on my car for 5 years and then when I went to do my paper work it was for 6 years, I know I didn’t have to sign the paper work but I needed a car badly. More
