My experience with the Kia Dealership was terrible. Kia had my car from May 14, 2021 until May 22, 2021, when I finally picked it up. At this time the car had to be jumped started again. I was told twi had my car from May 14, 2021 until May 22, 2021, when I finally picked it up. At this time the car had to be jumped started again. I was told twice that my car was ready and when I went to pick it up the car wouldn't start. This was the first time they called and said the car was ready. Then I got a call from David saying the car was ready again. When I got there they could not find the car. David had to ask the mechanic where was the car. While the mechanic was looking for the car, David told me that they were starting the car every day for 4 days. When the car was found, they had a hard time starting the car. If they could not find the car, how could they have been starting it. This tells me that they were not starting it at all. Also the car was filthy in and out. It was not prepared to be picked up. David said that they had to call the corporate office for Kia to find out how to fix the problem. The corporate office said that they were baffled and could not help with the repair. When I arrived home and put the Kia in my garage for overnight. The next morning I went to start the Kia and it was dead again. I had to have the car towed to a local shop and they kept the car for two days and it was fixed finally. This incident with Kia put a very bad impression on me. I thought I would purchase another Kia by trading in my Anamti but with the experience I went through, I feel if corporate cannot fix their own cars, I would not likely buy another one. I lost all my trust in Kia. P.S. The dealership charged me $321.00 on my first visit and the car was not fixed. For the past 12 years I have been enjoying my Kia Amanti and I am very proud of it. People who see me in the car give me wonderful compliments of how beautiful the car is. This is just a brief story about what happened with the repair of my Kia at the dealership in New Port Richey, Florida. More
