My daughter moved out of state and now that she has to work with a different dealership she misses John and his great staff at friendly kia. Disappointing Was roped into an oil change on the phone with promise of oil change, tire rotation, 4 point inspection (fluids), and car wash for $34.95. I was told because I didn't purchase my Kia at THEIR dealership I was not in the "friendly Kia family." Therefore if I wanted tires rotated it would be an additional $15, a car wash wouldn't happen and couldn't be even paid for they suggested the car wash at Speedway a mile up the road, and the "4 point inspection" said need windshield wipers and everything else was marked needs diagnosed. I was quoted $69.95 They told me to go inside grab a cup of coffee and a fresh donut while I waited...went inside K cups were empty and no donuts to be found (this is 8:15 am Saturday they open at 8 LOL). I went back out said "well I didn't ask for anything, but since you offered I am now thirsting for a cup of coffee and donut so where are they hiding?" The guy got me a coffe and said "the donuts are still baking in the oven" I though WOW these guys even bake their own donuts on site?!?! But wait....donuts are fried not baked right?? Anyhow, Shame on me for thinking because I bought a used KIA from a private seller and this place is my LOCAL KIA DEALERSHIP that they would welcome me with open arms. I reached out to John and got no response....no come on back lets make this right...nothing. I will not be back or recommending. On a lighter note Ocean Honda up the street did welcome me with open arms and diagnosed my car for free (even though its not a Honda)...I am scheduled to have my front brakes replaced and a wheel bearing changed this Friday morning :D More
