Worst experience at a dealership ever Let me start by saying I bought two cars from this dealership this year, and we co-signed for my daughter's (yep 3 cars in a year) and I will NEVER g Let me start by saying I bought two cars from this dealership this year, and we co-signed for my daughter's (yep 3 cars in a year) and I will NEVER go back to this dealership for anything EVER! I took my car there for a simple oil change. The hassle started before I even got there as my car requires full synthetic and my confirmation email showed I was set for semi synthetic . I figured no big deal and called them to fix it. The girl on the phone was very nice and apologized for the mix up updated the service and gave me the new price. My car requires 6 quarts, not 5 so I asked if there was going to be an extra charge (I saw a coupon that said limit 5 quarts). She admitted she didn't know and asked me to hold. I was happy for that, as I would rather wait for the right answer then be surprised later. Unfortunately, she came back and assured me that it would cover the 6 quarts if that is what the vehicle called for... that was incorrect. So I show up on the day and am told the 6th quart is extra as the limit is 5. Not a big deal it's self as it's only a $7.00 difference. but the big issue came after the service, I was offered the complementary wash. I said sure I will wait for the wash. 1.5/2hrs later they tell me my car is ready, I pay the bill that jumped from the $69.00 quote to $85.00 and meet the service person outside. My car looks worse then it did before the wash as they used dirty towels to wipe it down. The guy was very apologetic and ran inside to get a towel to try and "touch it up". then I looked inside. despite asking them not to move my seat and even having it listed on the work order guess what they did.. Unfortunately that wasn't the worst of it. As I looked around I saw and pointed out to the tech that the chrome trim on my steering wheel was scratched from being rubbed with something abrasive. The tech tried to "wipe it clean" which of course didn't work as it was scratches and chips, not dirt. Then I noticed my drivers side window now has a one inch scratch in the tint. At this point I was to pissed to think straight, told the tech to move and drove away. Never before have I paid someone to mess up my car. I am still so angry I can't even put it into words. More

He updated me on the vehicle stat twice, went over the results and had me at checkout and then off the lot in around 45 minutes. Excellent! More
Quick recall repair I received the dreaded "we need to fix things" on your vehicle letter, so I set an appointment at Friendly. He kept me in the loop on my car, printed out a list of potential things to keep my eye out for, and even had my car washed and vacuumed! All in all, my experience at Friendly was far more than I expected. I definitely, very highly recommend them, and will absolutely be back myself! More

Slower then usual As usual, the people are Always friendly and courteous! I did have to wait longer then usual for someone to assist in the Service lane, even though I had an appointment, then it was slow getting answers as to the whys I brought my vehicle in in the first place. It seemed liked I had to locate my service advisor to get him to get an answer for me on any specific question instead of him getting the results first and finding me. It took almost 2 hours from when I brought my vehicle in from the appointment time to when I finally got up to locate him to get the first response and it should never have taken that long. I love this dealership so I did not get upset and had never seen this advisor before so thought maybe he was still in training. Things did not get much better but I managed to make the best of the situation. I spent almost 6 hours at your dealership that day, not how I had planned on my day. The donuts were good though! More

Not only is their service beyond standard means, they also address all customers with a smile and their waiting area is comfortable and relaxing while offering drinks and snacks. I am pleased to be part of the Friendly Kia dealer family coming from the east coast. More
