It’s called Friendly for a reason I’ve only had my car a short time and have had to go to the dealership 3 times. Twice for things that had nothing to do with problems with the car and I’ve only had my car a short time and have had to go to the dealership 3 times. Twice for things that had nothing to do with problems with the car and once for my first service. I’m always greeted immediately, offered something to drink and told a time frame that my vehicle would be ready. I drove over an hour to buy my vehicle here due to a recommendation and will continue not only servicing my car here but will be buying future vehicles here. More

Quick fast service and a pleasant experience First, the customer lounge was very comfortable and had great amenities. It made waiting for my vehicle a comfortable experience. Second, I was told that my car would be ready in about an hour and a half, but it was ready in just an hour. Lastly, I went outside to look at the vehicles and I received a call to tell me my car was ready because I wasn't in the lounge. All in all, just a fantastic service experience! I'll always bring by Forte to Friendly for service. Wouldn't trust it to anyone else. More

At about 6 PM my car that was supposed to be washed wasn’t. I paid my bill. I’ll give them a second chance though, the sales department is top notch. More

Regular oil change I was greeted by a service technician that gave me information about what would be done at the service. He asked me if I was going to wait, which I d I was greeted by a service technician that gave me information about what would be done at the service. He asked me if I was going to wait, which I did, and I was shown to the waiting area where I was told to enjoy the coffee, etc. When the service was complete, Harry walked me to the cashier and when I was finished, he escorted me to my vehicle and thanked me for bringing my car in. More
