Light went off on the way to Friendly Kia but they were kind and did a thorough check of the ABS system and Traction Control. Because they wanted to troubleshoot all possibilities, they kept our car overnight and provided a courtesy loaner vehicle. Nothing was found amiss as the system reset itself. They also did a 360 inspection for peace of mind. Great service dept. More

Routine annual service Scheduled appt for annual service. Was greeted promptly and on my way in just a few minutes. Brought both remotes as one was not working and the oth Scheduled appt for annual service. Was greeted promptly and on my way in just a few minutes. Brought both remotes as one was not working and the other had a low battery. I attempted to put a battery in one. They tested it and were ready to replace remote. I brought two batteries with me. Found that batteries I had though never used were dead when they tested them. They replaced batteries and both remotes are ok. My Soul was filthy so I left it and returned. All good with positive explanations. David Quinn was the advisor. More
Great Service! My back passenger tire had gone flat and I filled it up enough to get to Friendly Kia, when I got there Carl took care of me. He made sure that my family and I were comfortable in the waiting room, he came back to explain how things were going. Others of the staff were passing out goodies and someone even brought my 3 year old grandson a coloring book and crayons so he wouldn't be bored. Service person was a jerk Took my car in several days ago because of an update to fuel computer system. Update was done, a few dsys later check engine light came on again so I Took my car in several days ago because of an update to fuel computer system. Update was done, a few dsys later check engine light came on again so I took it back, they wouldnt even check it because I wouldnt pay the 69.95. So I go to leave and my key fob wouldnt operate the car and the car wouldnt start. Harry, the jerk took my keys again and asked several questions. I told him the battery was changed in it about 4 or 5 months ago when I brought the car in for a battery change. He took the key fob and came back saying the battery wasnt changed there it wasnt the type of battery they used. I explaned that the young lady at their cash desk had changed it when i was there. Again he insisted that wasnt possible. So i said you are basically calling me a lier. He shrugged and said well...I told him to think what he wanted, but I would never darken their door again. And I won't. I'll find another dealer near by to take my car to. He was a jerk! More
