My wife and I had a great experience with Kia. Best part was the no sales pressure approach. Return a call. buy back the car, no just tell me to contact Kia finance who tells me they never get anything I either fax or certify mail to them....... More

SHAME ON KIA I purchased a 2023 Kia Sorento from Ken Ganley Kia in New Port Richey on 06MAY2023 and I deeply regret that purchase. Approximately 10 days after I bought the vehicle, I noticed something h Ganley Kia in New Port Richey on 06MAY2023 and I deeply regret that purchase. Approximately 10 days after I bought the vehicle, I noticed something hanging from the bottom of the vehicle. When my husband investigated, he said it was a covering under the carriage of the rear section of the vehicle. He said that the caps to attach the covering were missing and I should take my Sorento to any Kia dealership and they should fix the issue free of charge, and I took my vehicle to Courtesy Kia in Brandon. After they inspected the vehicle, I was informed that the driver side rear control arm was damaged and the plastic piece that covers the part be replaced for a total cost of $1109.75 for parts and labor. I informed them I do not understand how this may have occurred because I did not hit anything on the road or ran over anything on the road or sidewalk. I was stunned. The vehicle should not be driven because in its current condition it may damage the shock absorption system and do further damage to the vehicle and void the warranty. So, now, three weeks later, I have a brand new Kia Sorento that has been sitting in my driveway because Kia will not replace the part, which I am 100% certain I did not damage. More
