Even though it took most of the day because the vehicle just came off the truck, we were treated with respect and apology after apology for it taking so long. It was an outstanding EXPERIENCE My wife and I are at a point that ever penny has to be account for. We have purchased Kia's in the past and decided to once again purchase one. We told Mr. Di Maggio (salesman) what we were looking for and the amount we could afford. Also that we only had about an hour, since we were on grandparent duty. Mr. Di Maggio told us that he would have out in an hour, and he was good on his word. We received a great deal on our trade in. We purchase a 2016 Kia Sedona, and now we all fit 3 grandchildren, 2 dogs and yes my wife and I. More

Exceeded expectations I was dreading buying a new car. I liked my old car but our family had outgrown it. I did not really know what kind of car I wanted. Todd was extremely nice and no pressure whatsoever; he was new but I think that helped put me at ease that he wasn't trying to simply get me into a car. He took the time to ask me questions about what I was looking for AND he listened to my answers. That doesn't always happen, especially as a woman on a used car lot. The car I came in to see was not the one I ended up purchasing. Todd and another individual (manager? asst. manager?) recommended a car that had the features/amenities I was looking for, the ride and size I wanted and it was even in my budget. It was a Kia and I hadn't really considered buying a Kia when I showed up. I think we struck a fair deal and I drove away with a new (to me) car that day. When I went to Friendly Kia that morning I was definitely not expecting to buy a car that day but I loved the car and we couldn't walk away from the price. The dealership was also pretty busy when we were there but I never felt rushed or like just another person to move through the process. The general manager (I believe) was also extremely pleasant and stopped by to check on us several times during the process which was nice. More

We settled on the Kia Optima and I was amazed at the value offered by the car for the price. I really liked the friendly Kia add ins such as lifetime tint, lifetime car washes, and 5 year fabric protection which is going to be invaluable. Kia finance gave me a great rate and has a great loyalty program. I was also surprised by the friendly Kia pickup and drop off service that was a very unique feature. My overall experience was great and Darnell and friendly Kia have actually made me consider another Kia in the future. Go visit them there everyone is knowledgeable and can take care of you everyone one I interacted with was great especially my salesman Darnell. More
