We understand how frustrating it must have been to drive a long distance, especially after being in contact throughou t the day, only to find the vehicle no longer available. While our pre-owned inventory moves quickly, we recognize that we could have communicated more clearly about the vehicle’s status. To clarify, our policy is that all vehicles are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposits are typically not accepted on pre-owned vehicles unless a deal is fully finalized. From our understanding, negotiations were expected to take place in person upon your arrival, which may have contributed to the misunderstanding.
