My wife and I contacted the Ken Ganley Kia dealer and told them everything we wanted in our car (2024 Kia EV9 GT in Ocean Blue glossy) and Braden Pajunen and his Sales Dept. team were able to make it hap told them everything we wanted in our car (2024 Kia EV9 GT in Ocean Blue glossy) and Braden Pajunen and his Sales Dept. team were able to make it happen essentially remotely via DocuSign and car delivery within 24 hours. Seamless! We had been searching other dealers online, over the phone and in person and test driving all the EV9 variants for the last three months with lots of hurdles and run around from other dealers across Southwest Florida about limited inventory and options and were getting quite frustrated with the process and had almost decided just to wait for the 2025 model to come out. The Ken Ganley Kia financing process was also very easy and completed remotely via a wire payment, email and a quick phone call with the financing guy (I don’t see his name in the emails but he was courteous and efficient over the phone= 5 stars) at the dealership. My father turned his 2022 Kia lease in early and Kia bought it. We had no way to get home so we asked the salesman to arrange transport for us back home. He said no one was available to do it because em bought it. We had no way to get home so we asked the salesman to arrange transport for us back home. He said no one was available to do it because employees had left early to prepare for the approaching hurricane. We had no choice but to hire an Uber to get back home. I returned a few days later to give them the spare key I found, and asked at that time to be reimbursed the $54 it cost us for an Uber home and produced the receipt. After checking with the manager, a salesperson explained they wouldn't reimburse the cost. I said I would leave a negative review about our experience. He said he would check again. He returned but with the same answer, saying because Kia bought the car we weren't eligible to be reimbursed. My father has had 3 or 4 Kia leases from this dealership and always paid on time. He's 91 on a limited income. He turned in the car with almost a full tank of gas which cost $60. I also returned the spare key at my own expense, about a 35 min. drive each way. The $54 Uber ride cost less than if they had to pay an employee to shuttle us home and return to the dealership, so we actually saved them money. Managers have the ability to make exceptions. Not only did this manager refuse to do so, he couldn't even be bothered to come out and speak with us in person, but remained in his cozy office and left it to his salesman to deal with. BTW, that's not the reason we were given when we first asked for a ride home. It was a manpower issue then. Rather than make a loyal, repeat customer (and a veteran) feel whole, Ken Ganley Kia chose to play it by the book and save themselves a measly $54. This shouldn't have been about rules but about proper customer service and treating a customer like a human. As if their support couldn't get any worse, a couple of weeks later, I called to speak with someone in their finance dept. After being on hold forever, I was eventually sent to voice jail and left a detailed message along with my name and number. Two business days passed with zero call back. I called again and told the receptionist I wanted a human and I eventually got one. I love having to do things twice because they don't respect customers enough to check their voicemail and return calls. I wonder how many others never got called back. They should immediately sack the sales manager and the person in charge of finance. Shameful. I sure hope Ken enjoys his $54. I'm sure he needs it. More
My purchase of a new 2023 Kia Sportage SX in early June of 2022 was smooth and efficient at only 2 hours as I had already researched and test-driven models. I put a lot of miles on my cars (100K on this o of 2022 was smooth and efficient at only 2 hours as I had already researched and test-driven models. I put a lot of miles on my cars (100K on this one) so regular maintenance is a must. I may do oil changes elsewhere during travel, and will install engine and cabin filters myself, but the dealer service has been outstanding and reliable so I use them often. Also, the continuity of the service advisor, Harry Parmar, has tracked recommended service items I had deferred on the previous visit. More

No complaints. Experience was great. Very smooth from beginning to end. Started out via internet. Immediately received a call back from Justin Camacho. He was Experience was great. Very smooth from beginning to end. Started out via internet. Immediately received a call back from Justin Camacho. He was awesome and amazing from beginning to end of our purchase! He was so very attentive to my needs and questions. Justin was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and helpful. Not a pushy car salesperson! He made sure I understood all aspects of my car deal and I received exactly what I was looking for and the deal I wanted. Turnaround time was unbelievable! Could not have asked for a better salesperson as Justin Camacho. Finance was an easy task for us too. We have not financed anything in over 30+ years. David Gonzalez Guerrero made out finance experience easy and understandable. More

***Scam alert scam alert scam alert*** Do not trust these people.!!!. What an absolute horrible company. Mandy Cohrs called me when I was at a different dealership, about to buy a car. Talk me out of it, people.!!!. What an absolute horrible company. Mandy Cohrs called me when I was at a different dealership, about to buy a car. Talk me out of it, by promised me a similar car for $500 less. I had planned to drive over to Kia of New Port Richey from orlando tomorrow. And text just to make sure everything was in order. Her " Manager" told me no, and they wanted five thousand dollars more than the agreed on price. They told me the person that made the deal, did not have any authority. So they were not gonna to honor the arrangement. They told me this would be a teaching opportunity for their employee. They can go f*** themselves. They did not even try to keep me as a customer. Scam scam scam. By the way, I have all this writing and going to take more steps to make sure other customers don't fall for their scams. More
