I traded in my car at Ken Ganley Kia in New Port Richey and had the best experience thanks to my saleswoman, Saritza Vazquez. Not only does the dealership carry an extensive quantity of vehicles to browse and had the best experience thanks to my saleswoman, Saritza Vazquez. Not only does the dealership carry an extensive quantity of vehicles to browse from They also have great access to backroads to test drive so you don’t have to be worried about going on US 19. Saritza was so friendly, honest, and easy to work with. After the test drive, she took her time walking me through every setting and feature without ever feeling pushy or overbearing. She made sure I understood everything and got me an amazing deal on my 2025 Kia K5 GT-Line. She even made sure the car was fully detailed and filled with gas before I left. Kia truly went above and beyond—I’m so happy with my new car! I also wanted to give a shoutout to Livia Portela Ruiseco who helped make this extremely positive and successful experience while at the dealership. I will be recommending can gainly Kya Newport Richie to others searching for their next vehicle! More

We were there for 5. 5 hours my wife is disabled and is oxygen dependent. Her oxygen machine ran out of battery in 3.5 hours the remainder of the time we were in the finan 5 hours my wife is disabled and is oxygen dependent. Her oxygen machine ran out of battery in 3.5 hours the remainder of the time we were in the finance department. The manager handed us an I Pad with the contract on it . The paperwork on the screen was reduced to a 3 inch X 3 inch square. Impossible to read. He kept saying “ we already discussed this section just sign and date it.” After everything was signed he took the copies and neatly folded them and inserted them into 2 separate custom dealership folders Saying “ this one is for home and this one stays in the car .” Never offering to let us read the Actual Contract. My wife just wanted to get it over with and get to our car to turn her oxygen machine back on the next day is when we read the contract. They charged us Double for the Extended Warranty and. Because of this they increased the time of the loan By Another Year without our knowledge Or permission. So, the car that was originally $21995 ended up costing $34,008.06. Can u say RIP OFF More
