Bad Service; Service sales representative lacked the ability to communicate effectively. Only concerned with add-on sales. When I pointed it out through what was exactly said, he snapped at me. It was everything you would expect from a used car dealer without a touch of charisma. I will never return to this place as I have had issues with Mentor Kia prior to this. More

I am very disappointed that my son came in for an oil change and was there 2.5 hours. When an oil change typically takes a half hour.
