Everyone was very friendly and professional. They also explained to me that that a control arm upgrade was available on my Optima. Although the parts were not available at the time, we set up another appo explained to me that that a control arm upgrade was available on my Optima. My only complaint was that I asked them to call me when my car was available, which I was told would be about one and one-half hours. I never received a call, finally calling back about 3 hours later and my car was ready (for how long, I do not know). No big deal though, as I was not busy that day. All in all, a very positive experience and Dan Foote was just great. More
I love everything about the Kia dealership service center. But the price I always feel is high. I even had tires priced before I left and Kia is still higher then other places. I started leasing cars from Mentor Mitsubishi, now Mentor Kia, about 16 years ago. 4 Galants and 1 Optima later, I am now leasing a Cadenza. I came in to have my Optima serviced and went in the speak to Ka Kia, about 16 years ago. 4 Galants and 1 Optima later, I am now leasing a Cadenza. I came in to have my Optima serviced and went in the speak to Karen and James. He asked me how long I had left on my lease. He then told me that they had an excellent program going on with the Cradenza and that he could put me in one paying not much more than my Optima. Karen took it from there and with their expertise and excellant customer service skills, I am now driving the smoky blue Cradenza that was on the showroom floor! So far - 2 days later I am just loving it! Thank you both! More
