Mentor Kia came through by fixing a faulty Kia engine design Broken crankshaft bolt required a new shortblock assembly.Cost in the thousands.Mentor Kia lobbied on my behalf and Kia replaced my damaged engine for Broken crankshaft bolt required a new shortblock assembly.Cost in the thousands.Mentor Kia lobbied on my behalf and Kia replaced my damaged engine for free.Even gave me a new car as a loner vehicle. underbody coating i received a letter from kia that they were doing free underbody coating on our model of car! Went in for that and found out we were eligible for a f i received a letter from kia that they were doing free underbody coating on our model of car! Went in for that and found out we were eligible for a free oil change also . As it turned out we were due for one so they did both. Their estimated wait time was 1- 1 1/2 hours but they finished up in 45 minutes. Great job Kia! More
