Service Dept excellent! Parts Dept, not so much. Went in for Service, and was going to wait. Went to Parts Dept to see if they had the touch-up paint I stopped-in and ord Parts Dept, not so much. Went in for Service, and was going to wait. Went to Parts Dept to see if they had the touch-up paint I stopped-in and ordered IN OCTOBER 2022!!! I've never gotten a call that it was in. The Manager went to get someone to assist me. After waiting way too long, a fella finally came out, and I explained why I was there, and that I hadn't gotten a call that my touch-up paint was in. He said he'd check on it. Once again, I waited and waited, he finally came back around the corner to say, 'yes, it's here. I'll be right back with it'. Once again, I waited and waited and waited. He made no apologies for taking a ridiculous amount of time for 1 tube of touch-up paint! So Service was excellent, and Sherry at Cashier was excellent. Parts Dept left A LOT to be desired. I don't know his name - a long, shaggy brown beard. More

Mike Ross and Rebecca were the best. I arrived for a 10am appointment for an anti-theft software update, only to have my battery die. After a diagnostic test the update was fine. They I arrived for a 10am appointment for an anti-theft software update, only to have my battery die. After a diagnostic test the update was fine. They both personally kept me informed of the process, even offering a ride to get lunch. I was finally done around 3pm and the nice lady at the cashier desk was equally as friendly. With employees like these, I’m feeling more comfortable coming here since the change in ownership. Keep up the good work! More
