Mike Ross and Rebecca were the best. I arrived for a 10am appointment for an anti-theft software update, only to have my battery die. After a diagnostic test the update was fine. They both personally kept me informed of the process, even offering a ride to get lunch. I was finally done around 3pm and the nice lady at the cashier desk was equally as friendly. With employees like these, I’m feeling more comfortable coming here since the change in ownership. Keep up the good work! More

I would not have gone back to Mentor Kia. Ken Ganley provides a good atmosphere to work through the process of purchasing a new vehicle.
