The staff at Ken Ganley were wonderful! Especially Cara! I got a good price on my trade-in, found me a car that was exactly what I was looking for and stay within my budget. I'm a little late on my review but I came in to see a vehicle that ended up sold before I got there. Noah was able to find me an even better option and got me in and out quickly. Lousy customer service. Had my car for repairs under warranty and did not contact me with any updates in the two weeks! And one time either ordered wrong part or received w Had my car for repairs under warranty and did not contact me with any updates in the two weeks! And one time either ordered wrong part or received wrong part and did not contact me with the delay my sales person said they do not call with updates because they are short staffed Lousy excuse. I mentioned they no longer wash the car She said wash only for customer service; wasn’t that me ???!!! Ganley can get that bleached blonde on their commercial a new outfit each week with a new commercial but can’t give a call to their customers Take her pay and get another employee in their dealership. Next time I look for another car will be looking elsewhere to see what is available. Received better service before Ganley took it over. More
