The dealership had in stock the Optima EX, the color we liked and they asked to be notified 30 mins before arriving, as the vehicle would be ready for us to look at. After discussing and working with us, we bought our first Kia. We had heard many positive comments about this line of vehicles from friends and co-workers. This dealership from its show room to service department, was clean and made a nice first impression. We would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in the Kia line of vehicles. Thank you. I thought I was for sure going to go with the Optima, but after test driving the Forte, I found I liked that more. She showed me all the bells and whistles and worked with me every step of the way. She was very personable and gave me her cell which I very much appreciated when I had a mishap with the title of my car. I would highly recommend her! More
Was going on 2 weeks of shopping around. Sent in a few inquiries to dealers in my area. I got a video e-mail from their Internet guy Ryan. I thought that was so different. I ended up calling Ryan to get p inquiries to dealers in my area. I got a video e-mail from their Internet guy Ryan. I thought that was so different. I ended up calling Ryan to get prices and some info on a new optima. He got all the info I needed and set up a day for me to come in. Wasn't easy I live over a hour away from Mentor. Came in and met Ryan which got me with their best salesman Tom. He took me to see the car and did a wonderful job showing me all the technology these new cars have. Work out my price I needed from online and was in my new car that night. Thanks so much for my new car guys. Have a sister that needs a car soon too. More
I had the best car buying experience ever! From the moment I walked into the dealership to the moment I drove off in my new Optima. Tom, my salesperson greeted me right a way with a smile. They had a big selection and Tom explained all the different levels of Optimas they had. I was able to find the perfect one for me. After I found the right one for me the rest of the process went smooth. I definitely recommend going to Mentor Kia and having Tom as your salesperson. I love my new Optima!!!! More
Was not really approached. Walked in with 5 salespeople who were finished with smoke break. Happened to get Tom. Never introduced himself himself, never shook my husband's or my hand, never asked our na who were finished with smoke break. Happened to get Tom. Never introduced himself himself, never shook my husband's or my hand, never asked our names, never offered a beverage. He also walked about 20 feet in front of us while leading us to his desk. I ended the visit after deciding I didn't want to test drive. He gave us his card - still no handshake. I would not go back to Mentor Kia. More
I Had never had a new car I always had jsed over price cars had went to bedford wholesale to see if I could buy a new car but because I owed alot of money on my old trade tbey sent me to mentor kia where cars had went to bedford wholesale to see if I could buy a new car but because I owed alot of money on my old trade tbey sent me to mentor kia where I spoke the general manger james clark who work very hard to get me into a 2012 optima I love these guys he got me a great rate and out of my up side down loan on my old I took possession of my dark cherry optima yesterday and karen was tptally allsome she help me out she also insured me I would like my new car she didnt have me sitting in the show room for hours my oppointment was at 10:30am and I was leaving the dealership my noon I would recommend this dealership to all my friend s and I will send them to karen for their new car im taking my girl to see karen to buy her new car Thanks guys yuo were great Michelle.s More
Nothing but crooks don't walk away run from this dealer. After the sale was done they threw in an extended warranty in the paperwork for $4,000 they tried to rush my signing the contract hoping i wouldn't n After the sale was done they threw in an extended warranty in the paperwork for $4,000 they tried to rush my signing the contract hoping i wouldn't notice also added a gap insurance policy in the paperwork for $850 wich i also caught. Unscrupulous thieves, pay close attention the the sales contract! More
Karen was great, but my hero was the sales manager Don Rohm. He was the best I have ever seen. His assistant Ed Smith was ok also. Don made me feel at home and gave me a great deal.
