Everyone was very friendly and professional. They also explained to me that that a control arm upgrade was available on my Optima. Although the parts were not available at the time, we set up another appo explained to me that that a control arm upgrade was available on my Optima. Although the parts were not available at the time, we set up another appointment for next week to take care of the problem. My only complaint was that I asked them to call me when my car was available, which I was told would be about one and one-half hours. I never received a call, finally calling back about 3 hours later and my car was ready (for how long, I do not know). No big deal though, as I was not busy that day. All in all, a very positive experience and Dan Foote was just great. More
I love everything about the Kia dealership service center. But the price I always feel is high. I even had tires priced before I left and Kia is still higher then other places. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and taken care of immediately. It was a Sunday, so they were short staffed and our salesman was working with 2 other customers.
