Was not really approached. Walked in with 5 salespeople who were finished with smoke break. Happened to get Tom. Never introduced himself himself, never shook my husband's or my hand, never asked our na who were finished with smoke break. Happened to get Tom. Never introduced himself himself, never shook my husband's or my hand, never asked our names, never offered a beverage. He also walked about 20 feet in front of us while leading us to his desk. I ended the visit after deciding I didn't want to test drive. He gave us his card - still no handshake. I would not go back to Mentor Kia. More

Karen was great, but my hero was the sales manager Don Rohm. He was the best I have ever seen. His assistant Ed Smith was ok also. Don made me feel at home and gave me a great deal. Arrived at the dealership people were not attentive at all. Finally after 15 min or so a manager came out and asked did I need help( like I could sell a car to myself , of course I need help). He walked m all. Finally after 15 min or so a manager came out and asked did I need help( like I could sell a car to myself , of course I need help). He walked me over to a woman who was nice, Karen Gcar did her research about how to go about trading my car in for a new 2012 vehicle. This took some time and at first the rate she offered me was too high. I had explained to her that I had just left Bedford Kia because of the color selection but the price they were offering was excellent. Finally after some back and forth game with mgmt she matched it after I said I would just wait for Bedford to have my color if they would not help me here. By this time I had been there several hrs and was tired. We closed the deal after 4 hrs ( not all her fault also had to get insurance. But because it was so late the banks were closed so the paper work that I had signed in the financial office had to be held but I was told they would be mailed to me.Before leaving management asked to speak with me in his office about being called for a survey and how did I feel about the service, made me feel really uncomfortable to be coached in this manner. I was called the next business day by Karen and everything was finalized with the banks. To my dismay they car I had traded in was not finalized in payment for several weeks even though I was told that it was. Also I had to go back up to the dealership to get the plates and my paper work had still not been mailed in 30 days and I was told the office was closed and they could not give them to me right then to watch for them in the mail(this was 30 days after the deal). Had called there the next month and following week was given the run around about paper work and still nothing in hand. Breaks are beginning to squeek and have not had the car for 90 days!!!! Was told due to cold weather this is what to expect, never had this issue on my old car tho. After all the run around I am exhaused and aggravated to be in this contract with such a lousy company that cant keep simple promises. I finally go up there again on a saturday and a gentle man tells me he wants to help me but his office is closed but will make sure the documents are in the mail on the nxt business day. I still have yet to see a piece of paper. very unhappy. More
Recently purchased a car there. After deal was agreed they tried to get us to sign paperwork quickly so we wouldn't notice that it was not what we had worked out and agreed. They then tried to take back they tried to get us to sign paperwork quickly so we wouldn't notice that it was not what we had worked out and agreed. They then tried to take back a rebate they offered as well as give us les for our trade-in than in the original deal agreed on. Customer service here in non-exsitent. The phone is always ringing without anyone answering. When you walk in the door, noone offers to help you. This is the 2nd car we have purchased there and we figured we would give them the benefit of the doubt after our first experience, but the 2nd time was even worse. More
An outstanding experience in buying our first 2012 Kia Soul. Everyone was friendly and absolutely wonderful to deal with. Larry Musiek makes you feel like you have known him for a lifetime. We got the red Soul. Everyone was friendly and absolutely wonderful to deal with. Larry Musiek makes you feel like you have known him for a lifetime. We got the red carpet treatment from the manager, finance director Brian Moore and Larry Musiek. They answered all of our questions, took the time to go over everything with us in detail and made us feel like we were a part of their family. We have never been in a more friendly atmosphere when purchasing a car. Mentor Kia gets 10 stars in all areas of this sale and we highly recommend their services to all of our family and friends. You won't go wrong with this great bunch of people. If you want to feel like you are buying a car from your own family member then stop in at Mentor Kia. Thank you Larry for going the extra mile in making us feel confident that we made the right decision in buying our first Kia. We are definitely going back to see Larry Musiek for our second Kia this coming summer. Tony and Dolores Felix Willoughby, Ohio More
