As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and taken care of immediately. It was a Sunday, so they were short staffed and our salesman was working with 2 other customers. I think Mentor Kia does an excellent job. I recommend to everyone I know that is looking for a car. This is my second car , the first Soul I purchased 2 years ago and after receiving a letter of trade in po everyone I know that is looking for a car. This is my second car , the first Soul I purchased 2 years ago and after receiving a letter of trade in possibilities I went directly to Bruce , who I worked with the first time and he took excellent care of me. I ended up with a new 2013 Soul on a sign and drive lease, which was the best financial move for me. I am extrememly happy with my new car and will probably trade again after my 4 year lease terms are up. Thank you! More

I started leasing cars from Mentor Mitsubishi, now Mentor Kia, about 16 years ago. 4 Galants and 1 Optima later, I am now leasing a Cadenza. I came in to have my Optima serviced and went in the speak to Ka Kia, about 16 years ago. 4 Galants and 1 Optima later, I am now leasing a Cadenza. I came in to have my Optima serviced and went in the speak to Karen and James. He asked me how long I had left on my lease. He then told me that they had an excellent program going on with the Cradenza and that he could put me in one paying not much more than my Optima. Karen took it from there and with their expertise and excellant customer service skills, I am now driving the smoky blue Cradenza that was on the showroom floor! So far - 2 days later I am just loving it! Thank you both! More

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on or about the 15th of April at the time of purchased I was assured that the vehicle that I traded in would be paid off 15 days from that date. The Mentor Kia d the 15th of April at the time of purchased I was assured that the vehicle that I traded in would be paid off 15 days from that date. The Mentor Kia did not send the payment to wellsfargo who was financing the vehicle that I traded in until 22 days after I purchased the vehicle and I had to make several calls to Mentor Kia to prompt them to do this. I was alerted that my credit was in jeapardy when wellsfargo called me to inform me that they had not recieved the payment from Mentor Kia after speaking with Jeff from the finance department he assured me that this was being taken care of and that the check would arrive before the 30 day deadline. I aked Jeff could they send the money electonicly to make sure it was there on time. He responded that they did not have this capability (LIE) Wellsfargo recieved the check on the 30th day but the checks was not for the full amount owed. Once again I called Jeff and asked what was going on he told me due to the delay in sending the pay off, the pay off amount had changed. Jeff assusred me that he would get the balance of the money owed to wellsfargo that same day. I explained to Jeff that wellsfargo would consider my account delinquent if they did not recieve the balance by the cob that day Jeff again reassured me that it would be taken care of today. Today I recieve an allert from the credit monitoring afency I use that a there is a delenquency reflecting on one of my accounts of more then 30 day. I called wellsfargo who informed me that they did not recieve the funds until 4 days later. I called Jeff who told me that there was nothing that Mentor Kia could do. More
The used sales department sucked. I called ahead for the car I was looking for and they had not yet driven it from the other dealership. I had to wait half an hour to be able to drive it. The salesman, named Bruce, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He tried to pass off major mechanical problems as "tire noise" and than later changed his answer to a "loose shield" in the engine compartment. Bruce also said that KBB values had no relevance at all and refused to even budge on the price. In a fit of arrogance, he wished us "good luck" on finding a better in that price range. We have passed on several equivalent cars priced a lot lower than that one. I should also add that I think we were treated badly because they figured a young person with his mom would have no idea about cars and they could stick us with a bad price and a bad car. Boy were they wrong! Needless to say, I will not be going back to Mentor Kia. More
