Mentor Kia responded to the son of this customers complaint through the BBB. Never did Mr. Rose never contacted us before the BBB complaint. We sent all pertaining documents to the BBB for review. They dismissed it immediately. We feel bad about the fact that Mr. Rose's father can no longer drive the vehicle. We suggest that he contact KIA MOTORS FINANCE directly to see if there is anything they would be willing to do. We DO NOT trick customers and we are insulted by the slander this customer's son has publicly posted on this web site. We will be happy to submit all of our documentation to the Ohio Attorney General's office for further review if Mr. Rose so desires. It is never our intention to upset customers. However, Mr. Rose is being extremely unfair in this situation and his slandering of our company that has done nothing wrong.

This is a nice corporate response with the obvious plausible deniability. I was at this experience the entire time. The person writing the response was not. Finance was called, they said to contact dealership. Dealership was called numerous times, we could easily pull up phone records to show this if you'd like. I got no response so im entitled to a response from BBB. Instead of spending any time on meeting and calling finance department to see if something could be worked out, they instead call me a liar and attempt to discredit my account. Shame on Kia Mentor. You'll get your lease money till the ebd of the lease, but you'll need get my family and friends business ever again. I'm sorry you account a bad experience as "slander". Sad response.
