Bought a Kia Rio from Shawn Savage We came in late in the afternoon on a Monday and our sales guy Shawn had us out the door in a new car within 2 and a half hours. In his absence, while waiting for his return from presenting a question to his manager, probably three or four members of the Kia staff, as well as a gentleman from automotive service who happened to be walking by, stopped to introduce themselves and welcomed us to the Kia family and ask if there was anything they could do to be of service in Nicks absence. Everybody was so bloody friendly it turned a stressful venture into a pleasant afternoon outing. Mentor Kia is outstanding, the facility bright and cheery, the personnel exceedingly friendly and Nick Odegard Employee of the Year. Would highly recommend to any individual in the market for a car.
