Went in to co-sign for my son, G knew this was our first time leasing/buying a vehicle. He didn’t communicate the value of our trade in. A 2012 ford focus se with 112,000 miles with new tires put on a year ago and only a headlight and hubcap missing, the car was in good condition all the guts were good. When I asked what my trade was he said he didn’t know and would check and then did everything but that, and me and my son were whisked into finance which was signing so many things it was all so overwhelming. When I finally got a chance to look over the paperwork I found my car was taken from us at 500, those tires alone were almost 600. I would have kept the car, this was supposed to be an exciting and happy time for my son and I can’t help but be disappointed and feel taken advantage of. And he also got a brand new k5 and they didn’t do a bow or pictures or make it special which just adds to lack of humanity. I felt like this experience would have been better had this sales guy taken the time to care a little. More
