Purchased a 2024 Mazda CX-30 from this dealership and had a very disappointing experience. The vehicle was listed on the CARFAX as having been inspected by the dealer before being put up for sale. However, w a very disappointing experience. The vehicle was listed on the CARFAX as having been inspected by the dealer before being put up for sale. However, within 3 days of purchase, the car began displaying multiple serious warning messages including engine malfunction, dynamic stability control malfunction, and safety system errors. I visited the dealership expecting assistance given how quickly the issues appeared, but they refused to take responsibility because the vehicle was sold “as-is.” While I understand what “as-is” means, selling a vehicle that develops major electrical and safety warnings within days of purchase raises serious concerns about the inspection that was supposedly performed before listing the vehicle. I am currently pursuing diagnostics and exploring options through Mazda and consumer protection channels. I would strongly encourage potential buyers to have any vehicle from this dealership independently inspected before purchase. More

Although we had a rocky start once they changed the sales manager I was dealing with I got the car I wanted for the deal I wanted. Dominick and Nick were terrific. Tony not so much.
