Had to take my Seltos in to the service dept. for a check engine light. I was greeted at the door by Jarrod Brauche. He got me all Signed in. I was dropping the car off because I had to return to work. About an hour after dropping the car off, I received a phone call from Jarrod that my car was finished! I was so Grateful that it was something quick. I was very Happy with the over all service and staff. Highly recommend!!!! More

Nice people but unwilling to negotiate price of car and drew up contract at original price even though I told them I wanted to negotiate the price just a little bit. I had a 2022 Stinger with less than 10k miles. It had an issue with the oil drain plug which they replaced and did a recall at the same time. They ensured me after this that the car was good and n It had an issue with the oil drain plug which they replaced and did a recall at the same time. They ensured me after this that the car was good and no engine damage was done as the oil had leaked out quickly. A week later the engine shutoff while driving so I had the car towed back to the dealership. They inspected but never contacted me with any info. I had to call multiple times as the service associate avoided my calls as much as possible. He told me that he could not tell me what their diagnosis was and I had to go to the dealer I bought it from. The car is still in warranty. They refuse to tell me any info all while being incredibly rude to me on the phone. This place refused warranty work as all they care about is quick money. Worst experience ever. More
